I am a writer. Sometimes I need to rent a clean, if modest, furnished room
for a while -- months at a time -- the longest was 7 months -- to "get away
from it all" and finish a piece upon which I'm working. Focus is the
operative word.
I am an ideal renter, I'd say, because I'm very quiet, but I do bring along
plenty of ear plug gear. I write, all day; that's about it. At night I
sleep.
Would you have something for me? I am familiar with the area, and I know
about what to expect; I would need to UPS my computer work station from
my
home in North Carolina, so I'd want to make arrangements kind of in advance.
I hope that does not present any difficulties -- I just hate to put my
computer on a bus or plane or train in baggage; and I don't drive ever since
I lived in Manhattan a while ago, and I found life easier without all the
expense of a car. Please know that my driver's (and other) record is
clean/clean/clean.

with me, and can we go week-by-week for starters. If yes, I have no problem
with a lease that includes that feature for the first leg. I should be

by the time your rates go up again.
Oh -- right, would you find a mid to late Novemeber ETA convenient, ("if
any")?
